Having studied tea across India, China, and Japan, Louisa Tan has become a go-to specialist in London. She loves to balance traditional tea-making methods with non-traditional ingredients. With Louisa, you'll learn how to make great tasting tea that soothes the soul and awakens the mind.
Based in Manchester, Ralph Salvadore is a home chef turned restaurateur. He loves to work with local farmers and is passionate about making fresh food more accessible to everyday people. He attributes his skills in the kitchen to his grandmother, who insisted food is the beating heart of culture.
The session with kick off at 15:00, where we will walk you through how to get set up at home. We will then get down to planting and have a Q&A with Blake before a quick break.
At 16:15, Louisa and Ralph will show you how to get the most out of your herbs. There were will be demos on brewing herbal tea as well as Q&As on cooking with herbs.

If you do have an outside space, bring your potting outside as it can get messy!
Make sure that you have a sunny but also partly shaded spot for your garden to thrive in.
You will need to order your kit at least 3 working days before the workshop in order to receive it on time.
Yes - you will need to pay the total amount upfront for the workshop.
The workshop will be recorded and available for you to access for 2 weeks after the live session so that you can catch up or replay.
